We have Service & Repair Packages to suit
any budget or commitment.

The single system service can be seen as the call out fee, and includes up to an hour on site. Our technicians are generally able to diagnose the problem within the hour and potentially even repair the system if no extra parts are required. We are able to resolve 90% of repairs within the hour.

Each service will include a full written report and a free service pack which comprises of our handy energy saving tips, a fridge magnet and a feedback form.

Note: These prices are for a Service of one system only. TS can give you prices for more than one system in each of these packages. Prices do not include parts or gas that maybe required. 90% of all service calls are finalised in the first hour.

What If My Air Conditioning Unit Needs Extra Parts?

Should you require extra parts or additional labour we will let you know before we begin the air conditioning service or repair so that you have a clear understanding of how much it will cost you. Following this you will be able to make a decision as to whether you wish to proceed with the air conditioning repair or service accordingly. The call out fee of $220 is still payable regardless on the day.

What If My System Isn’t Worth Repairing?

On the rare occasion where the cost of repairing your system simply isn’t worthwhile and you require a replacement, we’ll provide you with a quote to supply and install this new system for you. Should you choose to move forward with our quote, you will be provided with a full refund of the initial call out fee.

WALL MOUNTED SPLIT SYSTEM – 24 Point Checklist

  • ELECTRICAL CHECK
    • 1. Go over all of the electric connections and retighten them
    • 2. Electrical voltage – operation
    • 3. Electrical terminals & connections
    • 4. Compressor –operating current draw.
  • LEAK CHECK
    • 5. Refrigerant & oil leaks
    • 6. Retighten the flare nuts to eliminate any potential gas leaks
    • 7. Check the gas charge is still correct
  • OPERATIONAL CHECKS
    • 8. Noise levels, vibrations & fan rotation
    • 9. Fan motor amperes
    • 10. Compressor amperes
    • 11. Operating pressures
    • 12. Ambient temperature
    • 13. Air temperature indoor coil
